A Soy-based Sausage

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cups Dry Soybeans*

2 1/2 Tablespoons Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 Cup Water
10 Tablespoons Gluten Flour
1/4 Teaspoon  Honey Mustard
1/2 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
1/2 Tablespoon Mirin
2 Tablespoons Tamari
1 Finely Diced Small Onion;
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
10 Drops Liquid Stevia
6 Tablespoons Non-flavored Soy Milk
2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Fennel Seed
1/4 Teaspoon  Black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon  Dried Oregano
1/8 Teaspoon  Cayenne
3 Large Minced Garlic Cloves
2 Teaspoons  Dried Sage

( About 8  SOYSAGES tm)

* Soak the soybeans in water overnight, rinse and cook in about 4 Cups of water until done, then drain them. Cut the soybeans thoroughly and mix them with everything else. Pack into patties and steam or fry until done .
