#1-Place the print-out of "The Infinitude" at shoulder height, on a door or wall.
#2-Stand up straight with your arms extended, point to the start line on "The Infinitude
#3-follow the line with your finger, start to start.
Using this same technique, follow the line flat handed, staying parallel to the line.
Any part of your body can be moved in this configuration for toning.
Improve hand-eye coordination by following the line with a pencil, forward then reverse.
